Hui Shen, PHD
Hui is the founder of 4D Health, which is established in 2019. She brings over a decade of expertise in nutrition and nutraceutical medicine.
Her academic journey began in China, where she earned her Ph.D. in Ecology in 1999. She later pursued a second Ph.D. in Environmental Science in the United States. Today, Hui specializes in lifestyle management and nutraceutical medicine.
Certified as a nutrition coach since 2011, Hui has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families reclaim their health through personalized lifestyle approaches. With extensive experience supporting families facing suboptimal health conditions, she empowers her clients to restore balance, build resilience, and thrive.

Tingchung Wang, PHD
Professor Wang previously served as a faculty member at the University of Rochester Medical School and held teaching and research positions in the Cardiovascular Department at Tulane School of Medicine and the Cardiovascular Division of the University of Minnesota Department of Medicine. During his academic career, Professor Wang focused on advancing the understanding and treatment of cardiovascular diseases through both clinical practice and medical education.
Since 2007, he has shifted his focus to the broader fields of health, nutrition, and age management. Combining his deep expertise in cardiovascular and chronic diseases with a nutraceutical and functional medicine approach, Professor Wang has helped numerous individuals and families address suboptimal health conditions, manage aging-related challenges, and achieve long-term wellness goals.
His unique perspective — grounded in both traditional medical science and cutting-edge nutritional therapies — allows him to offer personalized, effective strategies for improving health and enhancing quality of life.
Radiologist, Imaging Scientist
Wei Tian, PHD
Wei earned her Ph.D. in Radiology from Peking University Health Science Center, one of China’s premier medical institutions. From 2004 to 2018, she served as a research scholar in the Department of Imaging at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where she contributed to advanced imaging research and innovation.
Since 2018, Wei has been working as an imaging scientist at an Irish biotechnology company, applying her expertise to cutting-edge developments in medical imaging technology.
In addition to her scientific career, Wei is deeply passionate about integrative nutrition, with a special focus on promoting bone health. She is committed to helping individuals strengthen their foundation for long-term wellness through a holistic and science-backed approach.
